Job Description
Overview: In this role, you’ll be responsible for verifying benefits, reactivating patients, answering inbound calls, following up on appointment calls, making outbound calls, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing EMR, and monitoring the clinic’s virtual kiosks.
