Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire training including onboarding and product training.
- Support admin LCD tasks such as reports and training materials updates.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to equip new hires.
Qualifications:
- Facilitation skills are preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience in clerical HIM functions for at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of hospital HIM systems and medical terminology.
- Certification from AHIMA or AAPC required.
- Understanding of hospital billing and revenue cycle functions.
