Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Willing to work onsite and on a graveyard shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow recruiting strategies to attract qualified Loan Officers to join Loan Factory
- Source candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and workflow
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php35,00.00 per month

Experience:
