Job Description
We are currently seeking a US Recruiter to join our team. As a US Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for positions within our company.
You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates based on their skills and qualifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of the US job market and the ability to identify top talent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be dealing with candidates and hiring managers on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
