Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a US Recruitment Manager. As the US Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment process for our US-based positions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various industries.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify the most suitable recruiting methods.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the US job market and recruitment trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
