Job Description
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for an exciting new challenge? We are currently seeking a US Recruitment Manager to join our remote team. As the US Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and building a strong candidate pipeline. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the entire hiring process from screening candidates to making job offers. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You should also have a deep understanding of the US job market and be familiar with recruitment best practices.
