Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and schedule interviews.
- Job Posting: Manage postings on various platforms.
- Candidate Management: Maintain talent pool and track interactions.
- Collaboration: Define job requirements with hiring managers.
- Offer Negotiation: Present and negotiate job offers.
- Onboarding: Coordinate new hires’ onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand through recruitment.
- Data and Reporting: Analyze metrics and suggest improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure legal compliance in all activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
