Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates.
  2. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and schedule interviews.
  3. Job Posting: Manage postings on various platforms.
  4. Candidate Management: Maintain talent pool and track interactions.
  5. Collaboration: Define job requirements with hiring managers.
  6. Offer Negotiation: Present and negotiate job offers.
  7. Onboarding: Coordinate new hires’ onboarding.
  8. Employer Branding: Promote the company’s brand through recruitment.
  9. Data and Reporting: Analyze metrics and suggest improvements.
  10. Compliance: Ensure legal compliance in all activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best recruitment practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php33,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
