Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Tax Associate to join our team. As a US Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing complex US federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Providing tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits for clients.
- Researching and analyzing complex tax issues and preparing technical memos.
- Assisting with tax audits and resolving tax disputes with relevant tax authorities.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest US tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in US tax compliance and consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of US federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
