Job Title: US Technical Recruiter
Job Schedule: Night Shift
Job Location: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite) – McKinley West, Taguig
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Technical Recruiter to handle US recruitment. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, coordinating schedules, and extending job offers for technical positions in the US. Work closely with hiring managers for a seamless recruitment process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to craft job descriptions
- Source qualified candidates
- Assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding
- Maintain candidate database
Requirements:
- 1-3 years Technical Recruiter experience
- Offshore recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Night shift availability
