Job Description
The User Administrator manages user accounts and access permissions across the organization’s IT systems. This role ensures users have appropriate access while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts.
- Assign and manage user access permissions.
- Monitor and respond to access requests.
- Ensure compliance with security policies.
- Conduct regular audits of user access.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Experience in user account management.
- Strong understanding of access control principles.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
