Job Description
As a User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Your insights will be used to improve and optimize the digital products and services offered by the company.
You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of decision-making processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for enhancing user experiences are key qualities for this role.
Experience with user research methodologies, such as usability testing, surveys, interviews, and data analysis, is required. Additionally, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and survey platforms is preferred.
