Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented USRN Bill Review Specialist to join our team. As a USRN Bill Review Specialist, your main responsibility will be to review medical bills for accuracy and compliance with insurance guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Review medical bills submitted by healthcare providers
- Ensure that all services and procedures billed are supported by proper documentation
- Verify that the billed amounts are within the insurance company’s guidelines
- Identify any potential fraudulent billing practices and report them to the appropriate authorities
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any billing discrepancies
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid USRN (United States Registered Nurse) license
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of medical billing and coding practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
