Job Description
We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced nurses to join our team in the role of USRN Leadership. As a USRN Leadership, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise and knowledge to provide guidance, support, and training to our team of nurses, ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and coaching nurses, assisting them in their professional development.
- Leading and overseeing the implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.
- Collaborating with the management team in strategic decisions and initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Assessing and evaluating the performance of nurses and providing constructive feedback.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You should have a strong clinical background and extensive experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
