Job Description
88 Mars Mega Realty Inc. is seeking a dedicated Utility and Maintenance Staff member. Your primary responsibilities will include reading work orders, replacing light bulbs, making basic repairs in plumbing and HVAC systems, and conducting routine maintenance. You will service and clean maintenance tools, water plants, and manage equipment inventory.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from Php16,00.00 to Php17,00.00. Benefits include paid training and supplemental pay such as a 13th-month salary. Schedule consists of an 8-hour day shift.
Preferred candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Alabang.
