Job Description
Borland Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated Utility staff member to help maintain our property. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, managing bank mailings, performing basic repairs, assisting with office supplies, and ensuring safe handling of cleaning materials. Experience in office maintenance is a plus, but not required.
Minimum qualifications: High School or Vocational Graduate, basic knowledge of electrical and maintenance works, and preferably has driving skills. This position is based in San Fernando, Pampanga.
We offer competitive pay between Php14,500.00 – Php16,500.00 per month, annual salary appraisal, health insurance, and various other perks.
