Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain orderly condition of the compound, vacant apartment units, external areas, and more.
- Water plants, maintain planter boxes, and report needed repairs.
- Perform other assigned tasks diligently.
Skills Required:
- Agile, strong, and hardworking.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in using cleaning/maintenance tools.
- Pleasing personality.
Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years as a janitor/utility man.
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, day shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php470.00 per day
Location: Davao City – Reliable commute or planning to relocate required.
