Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) Estimator to join our team at ICANTHUS. The role will focus on estimating for Tesla roofing projects, commercial insulation bids, and EcoBuild take-offs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction estimation and proficiency in relevant software tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for Tesla roofing projects
- Develop bids for commercial insulation projects
- Perform EcoBuild take-offs to quantify materials and labor
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and documentation
- Collaborate with project managers and clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of construction estimation experience
- Proficiency in estimation software and take-off tools
- Strong knowledge of Tesla roofing and insulation
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Effective communication skills in a virtual environment
Schedule: Night Shift
