Job Description
Job Summary: Join our team at TOYOTA ANGELES, PAMPANGA, INC. (TAP) as a Vehicle Sales Invoice Analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles new Vehicle Purchases Book
- Handles new Vehicle Sales Book
- Record, Monitor and file all Manual Official Receipts
- Record Swapped or Transferred Units from or to other Toyota Dealers
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable Trade
- Make Journal entry for reclassification of transactions
- Review and approve the Vehicle Sales Proposal
- Prepares costing for Vehicle Sales Invoice
- Assist the Accounting Head when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Accounting Graduate
- Computer literate
- 1-2 years experience / Fresh graduates are welcome
