Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Identity Verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of customer IDs and supporting documents, cross-checking customer information with databases and internal records, and identifying discrepancies for escalation as necessary. Compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements is essential.
The specialist will maintain accurate records, effectively communicate findings, and coordinate with internal departments for additional validation. Professional handling of customer inquiries related to identity verification is also required.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Starting at Php16,770.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, overtime pay.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Credit Verifier (Required)
Work Location: In person.
