Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our organization as Vice President – Global Talent Hubs. This position plays a vital role in leading and managing our talent acquisition strategy across various international locations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent for our organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and HR professionals to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align talent strategies.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract diverse talent.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to enhance our employer brand and increase visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Global recruitment experience, preferably in multiple regions.
- Proven track record of successfully building and executing talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
