Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure various hotel properties are maintained in top condition and serve guests to the highest standards.
- Manage P&L, develop the hotel’s budget, and ensure adherence to agreed plans.
- Create plans and strategies to grow and promote the properties.
- Set targets and monitor achievement of goals by the management team.
- Train and brief management teams to provide the highest standard of service.
- Resolve complaints and problems related to hotel operations.
Job Description
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or any related field of Business Management.
- At least 20 years of experience in the hospitality field.
- Previous experience as GM of a hotel in the Philippines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in customer experience and focus on providing the best service to guests.
