Job Description
Sapient BPO Solutions is seeking dedicated Video and Text Moderators to enhance our customer service team. With a one-day hiring process, you could earn up to Php 25,00 monthly!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Provide feedback to the team for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; BPO experience preferred.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Schedule: Day or Night shifts, Monday to Friday.
