Job Description
Agency VA, a fast-growing start-up supporting insurance agencies, seeks a Vietnamese-speaking Virtual Assistant to deliver customer service and quoting support. Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, processing policy changes and premium payments, collecting required documents, maintaining accurate client files, and updating the Agency Management System.
Qualifications: high school diploma, fluency in English and Vietnamese, strong communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn. We seek motivated self-starters who build client relationships and maintain precise records.
- Salary: Php60,00–Php80,00/month
