Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Villa Specialist to join our team. As a Villa Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our luxury villas to potential clients.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in finding their ideal villa based on their preferences and requirements.
- Providing accurate and detailed information about the villas, including amenities, location, and nearby attractions.
- Organizing and coordinating villa tours for potential clients.
- Handling inquiries and answering any questions clients may have regarding the villas or their bookings.
- Assisting clients with the booking process and ensuring smooth transactions.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the local area and being able to recommend activities and attractions to clients.
