Job Description
Resonanz TG Inc. is currently seeking a proactive and reliable Village Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and coordination skills necessary to ensure a well-functioning community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee village security, maintenance, and clubhouse facilities
- Supervise maintenance and security staff
- Ensure consistent electricity and water supply
- Monitor ongoing construction projects and liaise with relevant agencies
- Coordinate the village’s Emergency and Rescue Team
Qualifications:
- Experience in facility management or community administration
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Previous crisis management experience is preferred
