Job Description
Diamond Manpower Management Services is seeking a dedicated VIP Host, responsible for ensuring high-value customers, often called high rollers, receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized service, including arrangements for accommodations, transportation, and special requests.
- Organize exclusive events and promotions for VIP guests.
- Coordinate with departments for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor activities and spending of VIP guests for tailored services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php650.00 per day
Experience: 1 year as a Delivery Driver (Preferred)
License/Certification: PDL (Preferred)
