Job Description
JOB SCOPE:
- Responsible for all inbound and outbound casino call services through casino trunk line and other forms of communication;
- Process and coordinate hotel room, transportation and other guests and operational requests through Hotel Reservations and other related departments;
- Coordinate and cooperate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably graduate of any 4 (four) year collegiate course;
- Above average communications skills in both Filipino and English;
- Must be highly self-motivated and work well with others as a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
