Job Description
The Virtual Account Manager – Supervising Associate is responsible for supervising a team of virtual account managers and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage virtual teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of virtual account managers.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and provide insights to the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing virtual teams.
