Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and assisting in managing our clients’ schedules.

Your main responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, making phone calls to confirm appointments, managing email correspondence, and performing other administrative tasks as assigned.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be proficient in using various software tools and have a strong attention to detail. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Appointment Setter is preferred.
