Job Description
The Virtual Assistant with Adobe Photoshop and Shopify experience will act as a liaison between the company and its clients. Responsibilities include providing product/service information, answering questions, and resolving issues, while also delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer sales experience
- Adobe Photoshop skills for basic graphic tasks
- Efficient time management and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of customer service tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure
