Job Description
We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties and support our business operations. As a virtual assistant at Callhounds Global BPO, you will be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings, managing calendars, executing travel arrangements, conducting online research, compiling reports, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining our company website.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize office activities and meetings
- Manage office logistics and calendars
- Handle administrative tasks like filing and bookkeeping
- Research and organize data for analysis
- Create presentations, manage social media, and supervise other staff
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of marketing and public relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
