Job Description
We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Virtual Assistant/Cold Caller to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant/Cold Caller, your primary responsibility will be to assist with administrative tasks and make outbound calls to potential clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Performing various administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and updating databases.
- Conducting market research to identify potential leads and cold calling them to generate sales.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of all calls made and results obtained.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
