Job Description
COMRISE / RISEWAVE CONSULTING INC is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our international clients and C-suite executives. This role requires a professional who can provide exceptional administrative assistance in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 4 years of experience as a Virtual or Executive Assistant
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills
- Expertise in calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Ability to support multiple executives (minimum of 8 Directors)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook and Teams)
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2-3 days per week)
