Job Description
The Medical Virtual Assistant is responsible for delivering services as contracted by the Client, including scheduling, insurance verification, and handling correspondence. Key responsibilities include:
- Pre-exam insurance verification
- Treatment authorization
- Claims submission and resolution
- Billing issue solutions
- Phone management and patient inquiries
- Mail processing and follow-up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
