Job Description
We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our Sales Retention team, working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales retention department in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to retain existing clients. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
