Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers about the product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- With or without BPO Experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Min. Educ Attainment: High school Graduate/K-12 Graduate

Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
