Job Description
We are a group of companies specializing in vocational education and retail business based in Australia. We are looking for multiple Virtual Assistants to carry out a range of tasks including the following:
- Email Management: Organize and manage emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate communication on behalf of the team.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring effective time management.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Document Preparation: Assist in creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
