Job Description
The Historian Scheduler is responsible for managing phones, scheduling appointments, taking pre-exam histories, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in BPO customer service
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work US graveyard shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- On-site work at McKinley West, Taguig
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php22,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: Night shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay, Performance bonus
