Job Description
Schedule: 4PM – 1AM
Work Setup: Full Time, ONSITE
Job Description:
- Making and receiving telephone calls
- Preparing precise attendance notes
- Opening and closing files
- Arranging appointments
- General Administrative tasks
- Audio typing
- Preparing invoices
- Managing incoming post and emails
- Filing of important documents
- Answering the telephone and helping with basic client queries
- Providing additional support to Directors and Management
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software
- Ability to use initiative and work individually or in a team
Software required:
- Clio
- Dext
- VXT
- Asana
- Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
