Job Description
Join our healthcare operations team at 24/7 DCT as a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant. This pivotal role involves managing patient intake, follow-ups, and effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls for patient and insurance follow-ups.
- Oversee the patient intake process.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with insurance coordination.
- Ensure professional communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements: Candidates must have prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Must be available to work remotely during U.S. hours, Tuesday through Saturday.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
