Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
We’re currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant that will report to work directly to a C-level executive.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Daily Coordination concerning correspondence, phone calls, meetings, transportation, projects, business development
- Manage and follow-up on all communication (telephone and e-mail) for the President & CEO
- Shadow calls and prepares notes (and revisions) on calls as directed by the President & CEO
- Follow up with President on the content of non-shadowed calls
- Sending and responding to emails regarding KNS Solar projects and opportunities
- Respond to President & CEO emails
- Manage President & CEO LinkedIn profile
- Assimilate all correspondence, including e-mails, including regular “downloads” to the President on current items
- Proactively direct follow-up on all call notes, emails, etc.
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and managing the office tasks
- Ensure the President has all necessary materials for meetings with clients
- Coordination with staff are meeting materials as necessary
- Provide research assistance as required by President and CEO
- Proactively manage the President & CEO business development activities
- Perform additional duties as required in the secretary domain
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid experience as an admin assistant or executive assistant
- Efficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiar in LinkedIn
- Have experience or knowledge in social media management
- Someone with very good English communication skills
Work Schedule
Mon-Fri 9pm-6am (Philippine Time)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 per month
