Job Description
Your role
- Provides customer service for collection issues
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining accounts
- Reduces delinquency on assigned accounts
- Monitors client payments and prepares statements
- Handles customer accounts promptly
- Delivers excellent customer service
About you
- Senior High School Grad or College Undergrad
- 1 year experience in related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Onsite work required
- Must reside in Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php28,00.00 per month
