Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Please familiarize yourself with and remain up-to-date with our plans and tariff changes.
- Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
- Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them.
- Providing details regarding members’ benefits to members and health care practitioners.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent including college undergraduates in Medical or any related field.
- 6 months experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Can work onsite.

Salary: Up to Php28,00.00 per month
