Job Description
Your role
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Monitor clients’ payments and prepare the statement of accounts
- Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
- Provides excellent customer service to clients
About you
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- Minimum of 1-year BPO experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work onsite (office-based).
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php25,00.00 per month
