Job Description
Your role
- Provide customer service for collection issues and monitor assigned accounts.
- Reduce delinquency in accounts and manage clients’ payments.
- Handle customer accounts promptly and ensure excellent service.
About you
- Senior high school graduate or College Undergraduate.
- 6 months related work experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite.
- Must reside in Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
