What You Will Be Doing:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
What We Need:
- High school graduate, college undergraduate, or equivalent.
- Experience in a related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Cavite, and Rizal Area.
Note: The work location will be in Taguig, but the local interview will be conducted at the Pasig site.
