Job Description
We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Customer Service Assistant to handle both voice and non-voice communication channels at Orbit Teleservices Philippines. The successful candidate will engage with customers through various mediums, providing exceptional service, and assisting with inquiries, orders, complaints, and general support.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Able to work on-site.
- Possesses strong English communication skills.
- Amenable to attending an on-site interview.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, and Bulacan.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
