Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Voice/Non-voice Work – Customer Service
- Provide friendly and efficient service to the company.
- Be the first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Respond professionally to inbound phone calls, including urgent situations
Job Requirements:
- High school Diploma (Old Curriculum) with BPO experience.
- Senior high school Graduate, College Undergraduate or equivalent with or without experience.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan.
- Can work onsite.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php28,00.00 per month
