Job Description
- Provide customer service support via non-voice, email support.
- Provide customer support and assistance for gaming-related products or services
- Deliver timely, accurate, and respectful answers to customers’ questions and issues
- Gather and prepare customer data and generate accurate daily and monthly reports
- Identify new methods to further improve users’ customer support experience
Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Able to work on-site.
- Possesses strong English communication skills.
- Amenable to attending an on-site interview.
