Salary Range: AUD 400 – AUD 500 (Pay will be paid in Australian Dollar)
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities include attending to guests, handling inquiries and complaints, answering calls, collaborating with the operations team, and recording information as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have own laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Available to work 6 days a week in fixed shifts (7am to 11pm).
- Experience in Airbnb or tourism is an advantage.
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Airbnb/Tourism: 1 year (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 10/21/2024
